Accurately measure 400Wp+ Bifacial HJT Temperature Coefficient?

The latest Halfcut cell 400Wp+ bifacial HJT module shows an extreme capacitive response.

It requires for solar simulator on the market up to 60 flashes to have accordance between direct and reverse measurement. Other long pulse reports 60W between direct and reverse measurements.

These new panels show such a strong capacitive effect that IV modulation like the smart IV, DragonBack (TM Pasan), and dynamic IVs shows their limit, yielding only a few IV points around Pmax.

This causes complexities for laboratories that attempts to measure temperature coefficient of solar panel as only a single flash system can ensure best temperature stability during temperature coefficient measurement.

This problem is solved with the Nexun One LED Solar Simulator

The Nexun One with the Long Pulse capability and coupled with its low impedance load that allows a fast response to the capacitive effect is yielding less than 0.3% deviation between direct and reverse IV on such panel type without the need of exotic IVs.

This tremendously simplifies the laboratory workflow into measuring HJT, avoiding the need to patch up split IVs, working out multiple flashes under transient temperature uncertainties, and avoiding the need for complex compensation methods.

The Nexun One with its fully automated thermal chamber and state of the art software allows simple temperature characterization of highly capacitive solar modules such as HJT.
